I was surfing the net casually when i cam across nasi lemak cake . As a nasi lemak fan, the idea definately caught my attention.
This fancy cake, made of nasi lemak (nasi santan) as the base, covered with sambal as cream. Instead of icing, berries and fruits as toppings, we have eggs, cucumber and anchovies on the top. Some creative one has sambal petai udang as topping Yummy!
Hmm..... I have found the right 'cake' for hubby's birthday.
